Refund policy

For this reason, and in accordance with health regulations, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for any used or opened products.

This applies to items including (but not limited to):

• Lingerie and intimate wear
• Lubricants, oils, and personal care products
• Any item that comes into direct contact with the body All sales are final unless the item is:
• Faulty or damaged upon delivery
• Incorrectly shipped (wrong item or size)

To qualify for a return or replacement in these rare cases, the item must remain unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging, and must be reported to our team within 7 days of receiving your order.
