Eligibility
- The All Day Pass is strictly available to individuals 18 years and over only.
Valid photo identification may be required upon claim or entry.
The name used to redeem the pass must match the name on the original order.
A valid order number must be provided at the time of claim.
Hush Cinema reserves the right to refuse redemption if identification or order verification cannot be confirmed.
Single Use & No Repeat Claims
- Each order is entitled to one (1) All Day Pass only.
The pass may be claimed and used once only.
No repeat use, duplicate claims, or multiple redemptions are permitted under any circumstance.
Once redeemed, the pass becomes void and cannot be reused.
Any attempt to reuse or replicate the pass will result in cancellation.
Claim Period
- The All Day Pass must be claimed within one (1) year from the original order date.
Claims made after the one-year period will not be accepted.
Expired passes will not be reissued, refunded, or extended.
Claim Process
- To redeem the pass, the customer must:
Provide their full legal name
Provide the order number
Ensure the details match the original purchase record
Claims with incorrect, incomplete, or mismatched details may be declined.
Non-Transferable
- The All Day Pass is non-transferable and cannot be gifted, sold, shared, or reassigned.
Only the original purchaser listed on the order may redeem and use the pass.
Misuse & Fraud Prevention
- Hush Cinema reserves the right to:
Cancel any pass suspected of fraud, misuse, or abuse
Refuse entry if verification requirements are not met
Void passes obtained through unauthorized methods
General Conditions
- The All Day Pass has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money, credit, or alternative products.
The pass is subject to venue capacity and availability.
Hush Cinema reserves the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice
